De Rahm Cohomology of Local Cohomology modules II

Abstract

Let KK be an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero and let R=K[X1,,Xn]R = K[X_1,\ldots,X_n]. Let II be an ideal in RR. Let An(K)A_n(K) be the nthn^{th} Weyl algebra over KK. By a result of Lyubeznik, the local cohomology modules HIi(R)H^i_I(R) are holonomic An(K)A_n(K)-modules for each i0i \geq 0. In this paper we compute the Euler characteristic of De-Rahm cohomology of HP\httP(R)H^{\htt P}_P(R) for certain classes of prime ideals PP in RR.
