Abstract
'De Divina Proportione' was one of the most widely read mathematical books. Yet there is an unmistakable erroneous theorem, which was questioned by Dutchman Jos Janssens and confirmed by his compatriot Rinus Roelofs. Did anyone ever notice this error?
