Cycle Double Covers via Kotzig Graphs

Abstract

We show that every 22-connected cubic graph GG has a cycle double cover if GG has a spanning subgraph FF such that (i) every component of FF has an even number of vertices (ii) every component of FF is either a cycle or a subdivision of a Kotzig graph and (iii) the components of FF are connected to each other in a certain general manner.
