Abstract
We discuss the normal state of a fermionic system in an idealized PSEUDOGAP REGIME, . Stable Cooper pairs induce a pseudogap of width in the fermion energy spectrum. Near two dimensions, we find a Bose-like condensation temperature in this predominantly fermionic system.
