Complexity Near Horizons

High Energy Physics - Theory 2015-06-23 v1

Abstract

We generalize the concept of complexity near horizons to all nondegenerate black holes. For Schwarzschild black holes, we show that Rindler observers see a complexity change of SS during proper time 1/κ1/\kappa which corresponds to the creation of a causal patch with proper length 1/κ1/\kappa inside the horizon. We attempt to describe complexity in the horizon CFT and the Euclidean picture.
