Completely regular codes in the infinite hexagonal grid

Metric Geometry 2016-12-06 v1 Combinatorics

Abstract

A set CC of vertices of a simple graph is called a completely regular code if for each i=0i=0, 11, 22, \ldots and j=i1j = i-1, ii, i+1i+1, all vertices at distance ii from CC have the same number sijs_{ij} of neighbors at distance jj from CC. We characterize the completely regular codes in the infinite hexagonal grid graph.
