A grand unification model with a single E8 gauge superfield in 10 dimensions is presented. It is shown that, through the orbifold T6/(Z6×Z2) and its corresponding Wilson lines, the symmetry is broken to the Standard Model one. Furthermore it is shown that the model is anomaly free at all levels without the need to add any extra field content. Thus a complete unification of the Standard Model into a single gauge superfield is achieved consistently.
