Abstract
We point out the erroneous reasoning and disprove the conclusions contained in a recent preprint by A. H. Bougourzi (arxiv:1402.3855v1) concerning the spin structure factor of the Heisenberg model at zero field in the thermodynamic limit, as calculated using the vertex operator approach.
