Collision Terms from Fluctuations in the HTL Theory for the Quark-Gluon Plasma

Abstract
Starting from the kinetic formulation of the hard thermal loop effective theory, we have (re)derived the collision terms for soft modes of order by averaging the statistical fluctuations in the plasma.
