Coefficients of Fractional Parentage for Nuclear Shell Model

Abstract
A new procedure for the calculation of shell model coefficients of fractional parentage has been developed. This procedure is free of numerical diagonalization, orthogonalization, and even of grop theoretical classification of antisymmetric states.
