Charge and Transition Form Factors of Light Mesons with Light-Front Quark Model

Abstract

The charge and transition form factors of pion (FπF_\pi, FπγF_{\pi\gamma}, and FπγF_{\pi\gamma^*}) are studied with the light-front quark model. We find that our results for FπF_\pi and FπγF_{\pi\gamma} agree very well with experimental data. Furthermore, the decay constants of η\eta and η\eta' are evaluated. We also calculate FηγF_{\eta\gamma} and FηγF_{\eta'\gamma} and compare with the experimental data.
