Automorphic Carath\'eodory-Julia Theorem

Abstract

Let w(ζ)w(\zeta) be a function analytic on D\mathbb D, w(ζ)1|w(\zeta)|\le 1. Let t0=1|t_0|=1. Assume that ww and ww' have nontangential boundary values w0w_0 and w0w'_0, respectively, at t0t_0, w0=1|w_0|=1. Then (Carath\'eodory - Julia) t0w0w00t_0\dfrac{w'_0}{w_0}\ge 0. The goal of this paper is to obtain a lower bound on this ratio if ww is character-automorphic with respect to a Fuchsian group (Theorem 6.1)
