Asymmetrical braneworlds and the charged lepton mass spectrum

Abstract
A braneworld mechanism for explaining the mass spectrum of the charged leptons is proposed. Based on the existence of an asymmetric warp factor for a -dim braneworld scenario, the proper fractions between the masses of the electron, muon and tauon are achieved. As a straightforward consequence, our results coincide with the Koide's mass formula.
