Abstract
This paper presents an analytic solution of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations as recurrence relations for the solution's derivatives, addressing the Clay Mathematics Institute's Millennium Prize problem on Navier-Stokes existence and smoothness.

Updated version improving discussion of kinetic energy constraint. This is still a draft, and I am considering restructuring the paper to de-emphasize the Clay Math result and focus more on the recurrence relation because I think it's more important and the Clay Math result is distracting from it
