An Infinitely Generated Upper Cluster Algebra

Abstract
We show that upper cluster algebras need not be finitely generated, answering a question of Berenstein, Fomin and Zelevinsky. Our counter-example is a cluster algebra with B-matrix and coefficients obeying a genericity condition.
