Abstract

We extend our previous work in arXiv:1302.5093v10 to obtain a T1 theorem with an energy side condition that allows for common point masses.

Comments

94 pages. This paper requires extensive reworking of arXiv:1302.5093v10, and we include all details. In this version, control of functional energy is greatly simplified by use of punctured A2 conditions instead of holes. The energy side condition is simplified, typos corrected, some arguments clarified, and main results remain unchanged
