A Model with Anomalous U(1) Induced Supersymmetry Breaking

Abstract
A model based on an anomalous Abelian symmetry is presented. This symmetry is responsible for both supersymmetry breaking and fermion mass generation. Quark and squark mass matrices are aligned to prevent large flavor-changing neutral current and CP-violation.
