A Function in the Congruence Theory

Abstract
In this paper we define a function which will allow us to (separately or simultaneously) generalize many theorems from Number Theory obtained by Wilson, Fermat, Euler, Gauss, Lagrange, Leibniz, Moser, and Sierpinski.
