As members of the JPC=3++ light meson family, the assignments of the a3(1875), a3(2030), a3(2275), f3(2050), and f3(2300) states remain unclear. In this work, we investigate the mass spectra and the Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka-allowed two-body strong decays of the 3++ light meson family using the modified Godfrey-Isgur quark model and the quark-pair creation model. We explore the identification of the a3(1875), a3(2030), a3(2275), f3(2050), and f3(2300) states. Additionally, we predict the masses and widths of the higher excitations in the 3++ light meson family.
